La reciente nominación de Lilia Acosta, hermana del exdiputado y exalcalde del municipio de Tarímbaro, Michoacán, el priísta Martín Acosta, ha generado un profundo malestar entre la ciudadanía y ha puesto en entredicho la integridad del sistema político local.

    Resulta especialmente preocupante que esta designación tenga lugar en un contexto marcado por las aspiraciones políticas de Martín Acosta, quien busca obtener una curul en el congreso federal por el distrito de Ciudad Hidalgo. La conexión familiar entre Lilia Acosta y Martín Acosta plantea serias dudas sobre la imparcialidad y la equidad en el proceso de selección de candidatos dentro del partido.

    Sin embargo, este no es un caso aislado. También emerge la figura de Amado Hernández, excandidato priista a la alcaldía de Tarímbaro Michoacán, cuya influencia parece permear en estas decisiones.     Morelia, Mich, 11 de abril de 2024.- En Michoacán, primero el peatón, por ello es importante conocer los derechos para favorecer a las personas peatonas y a los grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad, los cuales se plasman en la Ley de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, donde prepondera la jerarquía de la movilidad.

    El uso y disposición de las vías debe quedar de la siguiente manera: personas peatonas y con discapacidad y movilidad limitada; ciclistas y usuarias de vehículos no motorizados; usuarias y prestadoras del servicio de transporte público de pasajeros; prestadoras de servicios de transporte de carga y distribución de bienes y mercancías; y finalmente, usuarias de vehículos motorizados particulares.

    Las personas peatonas tendrán derecho de preferencia sobre los vehículos en todos los cruceros o zonas de paso peatonales, con las facilidades necesarias para abordar las unidades del transporte público y del transporte público colectivo y así poder hacer uso de las zonas urbanas con pasos accesibles, continuos y seguros, sin ningún inconveniente.

    Con base en lo anterior, es importante hacer conciencia en las personas que cuentan con vehículos motorizados y de esta manera, tomar las medidas de seguridad necesarias a la hora de transitar sobre las vialidades para salvaguardar la integridad de todas las personas peatonas y evitar cualquier tipo de siniestro que pueda vulnerarlas.
