Morelia, Mich, 12 de marzo de 2024.- El Instituto de Educación Media Superior y Superior del Estado de Michoacán (Iemsysem) hace un llamado a estudiantes michoacanos de bachillerato, licenciatura y de posgrado a participar en el Programa de Becas de Movilidad Estudiantil 2024, la cual cierra el próximo 15 de marzo.
De manera muy sencilla pueden solicitar apoyo de transporte terrestre o aéreo por hasta 40 mil pesos para intercambios estudiantiles, estadías profesionales, de investigación o de participación en algún torneo o competencia deportiva o cultural, cuyos requisitos son los siguientes:
• Ser estudiante de nivel medio superior y superior de alguna institución educativa asentada en Michoacán o en caso de estar en alguna otra en el interior del país, comprobar ser de origen michoacano
• Carta de aceptación de la institución en donde realizará la actividad académica, deportiva o cultural
• Tener un promedio mínimo de 8.0
• Llenar la solicitud correspondiente
La solicitud es en formato libre, ahí se debe exponer los motivos por los cuales se desea participar en el programa de movilidad, las fechas de la actividad educativa y el lugar a donde se pretende trasladar, el resto de documentos oficiales necesarios se pueden consultar en la convocatoria vigente hasta el 15 de marzo: https://iemsysem.michoacan.gob.mx/convocatorias.
Una vez completado el expediente de la o el interesado, la solicitud será turnada al Comité de Becas del Iemsysem, quien analizará y aprobará la misma, para posteriormente entregar el boleto de transporte al destino de la actividad.
Se recomienda a las y los jóvenes interesados realizar los trámites con antelación, a fin de que el costo de traslados pueda cubrirse dentro del rango de apoyo establecido, por lo que, en caso de realizar alguna actividad en verano próximo, inicien su trámite y solicitud en la presente convocatoria.

Morelia, Mich, 10 de marzo del 2024.- “El Protocolo de Protección y Seguridad a Candidatos, en nuestra opinión no es útil, no sirve y no permite salvaguardar la vida y la integridad de los candidatos ni de los dirigentes ni de ninguna persona que esté sujeta a violencia por su participación en el Proceso Electoral”.
Así lo enfatizó el Dirigente de Michoacán Primero, Antonio Plaza Urbina, tras la Mesa de Gobernabilidad y Seguimiento al Proceso Electoral, la cual ha sesionado en más de 4 ocasiones y solo ha presentado una propuesta de protocolo de protección que no garantiza ninguna seguridad a los michoacanos.
¿Si este protocolo hubiera estado activo hace unas semanas, hubiera permitido salvar la vida de los 2 candidatos asesinados en Maravatío? Mi conclusión personal es que no”, reiteró Plaza Urbina.
Agregó que se cuenta hasta el próximo lunes para presentar observaciones al protocolo, pero esto resulta inviable por la falta de voluntad política que se ha mostrado para escuchar e integrar las propuestas expuestas en la mencionada Mesa de Gobernabilidad y Seguimiento al Proceso Electoral.
Es importante recordar que, tan solo el pasado 26 de febrero, se registraron los asesinatos de 2 candidatos en Maravatío en menos de un día. Tras estos lamentables hechos, se recrudeció el ya complicado clima de inseguridad del Estado, propiciando que diversos aspirantes decidan no ser candidatos en las elecciones de este año.
De acuerdo con medios de comunicación, al menos 20 michoacanos han desistido de ser candidatos. Michoacán Primero lamentablemente cuenta a 3 personas en esta situación. Esto es muy grave y significa que no contaremos con elecciones libres y justas en Michoacán.
Plaza Urbina señaló que la propuesta de protocolo de protección es burocrático, extenso e ineficaz, porque no da una respuesta inmediata a quienes se encuentran en riesgo, además de que contempla entrar en activo a destiempo, hasta el 15 de abril cuando se cuente con candidatos y campañas locales oficiales.
“El Gobierno fue tajante al decir que no van a proteger precandidatos o aspirantes. Esto quiere decir que no habrá protección hasta el 15 de abril que es el día que ya hay candidatos oficiales. Entonces queda 1 mes más de personas sin seguridad que pueden ser víctimas de violencia”, concluyó el Dirigente Estatal de Michoacán Primero.

Como representante de la coalición “Seguiremos Haciendo Historia”, Núñez Aguilar comprometió defender desde el Congreso de la Unión el proyecto de nación que impulsa la candidata de Morena, Partido Verde Ecologista de México (PVEM) y Partido del Trabajo (PT), Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, para que se consolide.
Los sectores más vulnerables son los que se verán favorecidos con las acciones enmarcadas en la agenda de 100 puntos de la ex jefa de Gobierno, por ejemplo “el de fortalecer la pensión a los adultos mayores, ese es un programa que aplaudo mucho, porque brinda justicia social y la doctora Claudia Sheinbaum proyecta que se mejore la ejecución del mismo”.
El programa de becas universales para niñas y niños del país, y los que plantean brindar respaldo a las personas con discapacidad, son programas que “me parecen formidables y desde el Congreso de la Unión vamos a respaldarlos”, precisó.
Ernesto Núñez consideró que tras la visita de la candidata presidencial a suelo michoacano, la ciudadanía está más informada rumbo a la jornada electoral del 2 de junio y, por su parte, continuará su campaña a pie, casa por casa, para continuar difundiendo detalles del proyecto de nación que seguirá haciendo historia.

Morelia, Mich, 10 de marzo de 2024.- La Secretaría de Agricultura, Desarrollo Rural y Medio Ambiente (SADERMA), reconoce la importancia económica, social y ambiental, que el campo desempeña en el municipio de Morelia, por ello, informa a las y los habitantes de la zona rural que pueden acceder en dicha materia a controlar la población de plaga de sus cultivos.
Es así que para los productores agrícolas de Morelia, está disponible el “Control de Plagas”, el caso específico del Chapulín, para prevenir y controlar los niveles de la población de dicha plaga y así, evitar daños en los cultivos, contribuyendo al cuidado y prevención de pérdidas productivas, económicas en las plantaciones.
Para ello, personal técnico profesional, acude a los espacios físicos de tierra en diversas comunidades de las 14 Tenencias y previo a una revisión del lugar, se fumiga con insecticida cipermetrina en los cultivos con equipo especializado.
Cabe destacar que el “Control de Plagas”, cuenta con un apoyo por parte de la institución del 50% de su aportación del costo del insecticida cipermetrina que corresponde a cinco frascos de 240 mililitros, los cuales, atacan al chapulín siendo esta una de las plagas con mayor presencia en el municipio de Morelia con hasta un aproximado de 80% de incidencia de la superficie cultivable.
También se brinda asesoría técnica y los conocimientos indispensables a las y los habitantes para la preparación e implementación correcta del insecticida y así, utilizarlo de la forma adecuada en cada ciclo en el cuidado de los cultivos, principalmente maíz y otros cultivos.
Para tener acceso y contar con los beneficios de este programa, es necesario cumplir ciertos requisitos, tales como:
1.- Llenar una Solicitud de Apoyo.
2.- Copia de identificación oficial vigente.
3.- CURP
4.- Copia de comprobante de domicilio. (no mayor a los tres meses).
Es importante acudir a las instalaciones de la SADERMA, ubicadas en Periférico Paseo de la República #514 colonia Nueva Jacarandas o llamar al número 443 393 9312 para solicitar mayor información sobre el trámite y papeleo.

Pátzcuaro, Mich, 8 de marzo de 2024.- “Como maestras y maestros tenemos la responsabilidad de que la escuela sea un ambiente seguro, libre de violencia y acoso”, señala la maestra María Ventura Oros Donato, quien ha sido reconocida a nivel estatal y federal por su labor, buscando crear espacios donde se respeten los derechos humanos y haya una educación con perspectiva de género.
En el marco del Día Internacional de la Mujer, destaca la práctica educativa de esta profesora que informa y brinda acompañamiento a las y los estudiantes que han sido víctimas de acoso, a fin de brindarles un espacio seguro donde sientan confianza, para desarrollarse de mejor manera.
Ella es egresada de la Escuela Normal Superior de Michoacán, actualmente trabaja en la Secundaria Técnica Número 4 de Pátzcuaro y es parte de ese 58 por ciento de espacios docentes que hoy ocupan las mujeres, frente al 42 por ciento que está representado por los hombres al frente de un grupo.
María Oros mantiene la lucha de las mujeres desde las aulas, ha enfocado sus proyectos en el respeto, la igualdad sustantiva y la prevención del acoso escolar, con diversas estrategias, entre ellas la generación de trípticos, carteles y más material, involucrando a toda la comunidad escolar.
Además, implementa diversas acciones pedagógicas, culturales y deportivas para la promoción de los derechos humanos y para que desde la educación se fomente que hombres y mujeres tengan las mismas oportunidades de desarrollo, en todos los ámbitos.

Morelia, Mich, 3 de marzo de 2024.- La maestra cocinera Benedicta Alejo Vargas participa en el 19 Encuentro de Cocineras Tradicionales de Michoacán donde presenta un platillo muy singular. Se trata del taco de bistec purépecha.
Esta elaboración no lleva carne, sino una col de árbol con sal, limón y salsa, y es precisamente la originaria de la comunidad de San Lorenzo municipio de Uruapan, quien explica de qué se trata este alimento.
“Este bistec purépecha lo tengo en mi patio, no es carne, sino una col de árbol que para nosotros los purépechas es como un bistec cuando no tenemos dinero pero sí hambre”, comparte.
Alejo Vargas promueve este alimento que afirma, sí logra llenar el estómago y saciar el hambre. “Hacemos rollito la tortilla caliente y la tapamos por abajo, yo lo hacía así cuando mis niños eran chiquitos para que no se mancharan la ropa. Este taco de bistec purépecha se puede acompañar con agua de jícama, aguacate, zanahoria o limón”, agrega.
